Confirmation
In order to confirm a reservation we require your credit card details with expiration date.
Your reservation is guaranteed once we have received details of your credit card, with expiration date and your receipt of our confirmation verification. The balance is due on check-out together with any other sundries.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that we are unable to replace a cancelled booking the following applies:
- 30% of the total cost will be charged if the booking is cancelled within 30 days of arrival.
- 100% charge applies if cancellation is received within 7 days of arrival.
